He married Mercy Warren in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA, 28 Feb 1677/1678. Mercy was born in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA 20 Feb 1656/1657. Mercy was the daughter of Nathaniel Warren and Sarah Walker. Mercy died 6 Nov 1727 in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA, at 70 years of age.

Jonathan Delano and Mercy Warren had the following child:
