Our Family's Connected Roots

Updated June 26, 2010

About Our Family Research

We've been researching our family lines for over 30 years....and STILL are not finished!! Our families are comprised of relatives in the Abbott, Anderson, Baker, Berg, Childress, Earle, Earles, Earls, Jones, Gorman, Hoybak, Liming, Middleton, Rogers, Simonton, Winslow and colaterally related families, we are finding more each month! Please see our listings at GenForum and Ancestry.com for these same family lines.

The migration of the Baker, Childress, Earl/Earle/Earles/Earls, Jones, Middleton, Rogers, & Simonton families follows Massachusetts, Virginia and Maryland in the 1600's to the Carolinas in the 1700's to Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas in the 1800's. The Abbott, Anderson, Berg, Gorman, and Hoybak families migrated from Norway & Ireland into the U.S. & Canada, then from New York State, Minnesota, and Vermont to North Dakota and to Montana.

Dyon is a member of D.A.R. (Charles Baker, Light Horseman, serving at the Battle of Kings Mountain, S.C.)

If you are a member of any of these families....we would enjoy hearing from you...PLEASE be sure to include "GENEALOGY" in the Subject Line of your E-mails.

Thank you
