This all started with my daughter through a school project and looking for where ancesters came from--what are first cousins?, second? and so forth--I thought that if I wrote things down she would understand easily as to the many relatives and their relation---ENTER the Family Tree Maker--I had many of the names and information but would like for others to submit information that we don't have---My daughters had no idea that they had family in Texas let alone any in other countries--they knew through the family that there were seven children on their grandfathers side of our family but had no idea where the other children with different names fit into the puzzle--This helped--Even though we don't get to visit with these relatives or be part of their everyday lives we are still connected and this shows them how and where they fit--
