I have done a little research on both sides of my family. I have a lot of French ancestors from both parents. Some of the surnames I have in my tree are: Ajamy, Bechtold, Dupee, Fuller, Goulet, Goulette, Giroux, Harrington, Jambo/Jumbo, Johnson, Koch, Kramer, Mayo, Molgaard, Ortega, Paquette and Van Meter/Vanmeter.

I got interested in genealogy in 2002. You could say that it is a full time hobby. What is so great is that it never gets boring and it is so rewarding. Especially when you can help someone out with info, because there comes a point at some time or another when we will come to a dead end. Then out of no where we get an email from an old posting we did and it makes a connection!
