Hello and welcome to my home page. As hereditary chief of the name and arms of the Clan Akins, it is my pleasure to share with you a bit of the history and genealogy of my family. - Clan Akins Piper Makes Headlines (67 KB)
Piper to the Chief of Clan Akins, James Timothy Akins, of Brunswick, Georgia, made the cover of the March Issue of The Costal Scene, as one of the participants in Darien Georgia's Scottish Heritage Festival held at Historic Fort King George, an early Scottish settlement established by Col. James Oglethorpe in the 18th century.
