Hello, my name is Alfredo, my family resides in Palestine and Tyler, TX. My family tree originated in Brownsville and San Benito, TX.
I know a lot of my Dad's (Alfredo Sr.) family from Brownsville, but do not know any of my Mother birth family, because she was given up for adoption at a very young age (Octaviana Coronado).
She was raised by Adela Navarro.
She was supposedly born in San Benito, TX, where she has half brothers and sisters living their to this day.
My Dad is Alfredo Gracia Alaniz, and I believe his Dad's name was Octaviano B. Alaniz, and mother is Maria Gracia, both of my Grandparents are from Brownsville, TX.
I believe my Grandfathers middle name was Buenos, but I am not sure, since that information was not distributed in my family. He had 5 or 6 brothers in Brownsville, I do not know if my grandmother had any. I also do not know any of my Mothers family orgins, since she was given up for adoption, she never spoke of them, but she knew she had brothers and sisters who weree born in San Benito, TX.
I'm just looking for family in general. I do have family living in Austin suburbs, in San Juan/Pharr, and Corpus Christi, TX.
