My research on the Albright family has mostly come from the research that others have done and I am compiling them together, finding conflicting accounts and trying to sort the truth from fiction. The base of my research is found in a book, "Albright Family Record", copied for the public by the Alamance County Historical Association, Burlington, NC, 1975. I have found many errors including the lack of listing me and my fathers name was mispelled and several of his siblings were not listed, just for starters.
I went to a Albright family reunion is Carrollton, Georgia just to say, "Hi", one Albright family member to another group of Albrights. To my surprise, Willard Albright had written a book tracing the Albrights of Georgia and Alabama, "The Albrights", 1988 and updated 1992. The origin of their tree came from our Albrights in Alamance/Orange County North Carolina.
