Research has been done in past years. Findings have been as far back to Margatha Sturkey(1751-1823) and Rudolph Miller(1742-1824). These are ancestors from Switzerland.

The German ancestors known so far are Anna Catarine Stouden(bet. 1697-1724 and 1764-1814) and Francis Krick(bet. 1733-1764 and 1784).

These ancestors are on Martin's mothers side; Ada Louise Harding.
