This is the history of my family. What is sad is the families were divided during and after the Civil War. We come from wonderful people who serviced the United States well with there hearts and souls. The children most of all suffer from the Civil War. The children were divide after the death of the parents during the Civil War. What is sad is that the children did not learn to read and write very well. But they were blessing to the future members of the families of Richards, South, Alston, Bradford, as well as Woodsides.
