Researching the Alton branch of the New York Mosher clan. Charley Alton Mosher, married "ma" Kelly, had 4 girls - Bobbie, Lila, Connie, and Thelma. No divorce or death. Charley moved to Minnesota, dropped his last name of Mosher, kept his middle name Alton as his last name. Married Chloteel Shoop. Chloteel and "Old Charley" had 4 children: Charles Alton, Richard Alton, Lois Alton, and Jack Alton. Richard Alton is my father. I am April Alton.
