The Zofchak Family tree is growing larger each year, and we would like to try and record the growing tree. Every 2 years the Zofchak family of Flint Michigan meets to have our reunion. We are trying to keep the reunion going so the younger generation will carry on the history of our Grandparents, Michael and Elizabeth Lazar Zofchak. The Zofchaks were blessed with 12 children, 7 boys, and 5 girls. Michael was from Yesno,Ungvar in Czechoslovakia. Upon coming to the United States, Michael settled in Erie, PA in 1909. In 1911 he married Elizabeth Lazar in Detroit Michigan on Aug 23. In 1912 they moved to Flint Michigan to settle and start their family. A few of the cousins have tried to research the Zofchak family and find out more information, so we can hand it down to the younger generation. God Bless and Enjoy your Heritage. Keep us alive!!!!
