Our family has been researching our Frain side of the family with little found. Our grandfather was Edward Frain married Mary Edna Harshbarger; our great-grandfather was Christian Frain or DeFrain or Fraind b: 1851 or 1857 D:1920, married to Sarah Hunt. They were from Mifflin, Snyder, and Huntingdon Co,PA. We have found a Christian Fraind B: 1793 and D: 1879 married to (1) Betsy Hunt then (2) Catherine Bishop and we think he might be the father of Christian Frain, our great-grandfather according to the census we found he seems to tie in.
Christian Frain's daughter, Annie was married to Ray Boore, Harry Cramer, and ?? Fletcher.
Any information on any of these families would be greatly appreciated. We are willing to share information.
