I guess as my grandparents grew older, my mother suddenly acquired an interest in the "World of Family Geneology". Since she isn't exactly computor literate, and I love researching, she recruited me to see what I could find by surfing the web. Every year in Salisaw, Oklahoma my grandmother Cleavie Reed Hixon and her siblings children and grandchildren unite for a "family get together". I only attended one of these historic reunions, and now I regret I didn't question everyone who was there. I reside in California, so it is almost impossible for me to get back there. I have information on both sides of my grandparents family that dates back to 1850's. In the state of Kentucky, town of London, in the county of Laurel. I received information that Henry Hubbard and his wife America Hubbard produced their family in London,Ky.
Reed Family, to no avail, I am seeking Rasa Alison Reed (R.A.)married to Silvania Hubbard Reed, both are buried in the Salisaw Cemetary. Roberts Family, no luck for Lena Roberts Hixon. I need bits to tell of my success in finding my family. All info is welcomed.
