Well I'm pretty sure my Sister (Twyla) and possibly my Half-Sister (Lisa) have done some of this research, but I'm overseas without access to them so I'm looking myself.
What I have found out is :

Death Place: Sacramento, California
Death Date: 27 July 1971
SSN: I have
Age at Death: 38

So far that's it. I've applied for a DD-214, Record of Military Service, but I have not recieved them yet.
