When my Grandma and Grandpa Anderson moved from Sweeden to the U.S.A both of their last names were Andersen, and when they came over to the U.S they met and married each other. The strange part about this is when they met both of thier last names were Andersen, and when they got married they didn't have to change their last names because they already had the same last name but it was spelt Andersen, and after they married they Changed the spelling to Anderson.
