The Hahn families settled in the Brenham,Washington County,Texas area in the mid 1800's. Our research into these families indicate that they came from Germany, most probably from the Province of Posen. However,the actual origin of these families has not been established.

This research is a work still in progress. It is hoped the information found on this webpage will aid and assist other researchers who have families in Washington County,Texas.
