We are the Aponte's from Ct. moved out to Ca. in the early 1970
there is much information that is lacking in our search for out roots.Lets see is this rings a bell with anyone out there.....
granpa Miguel Aponte was the son of a captain from a ship who left him with with grandma ,(neunez\perez}was the rightful name
however Grandma could not afford him alone so she gave him to the Aponte's of ponce PR.So grandpa took on the Aponte name he's
children were Enrique Rosario Aponte.Miguel Aponte.Dario Aponte
