Our family were carpenters and joiners who lived in Hanbury Woodend from the late 1600's to around the late 1800's when they moved to Hanbury and later to Burton-Upon-Trent. In 1910 they left Staffordshire and moved north to Yorkshire (West Riding) to work in the southern coalfields of Yorkshire. I understand that there may still be some distant relatives in Staffordshire or who like my grandfather may have moved on to pastures new. I also have cousins living in Northern Australia. If anyone can assist me in my search for lost members of our family I will be glad to hear from you and give you names and dates to see if they coincide with yours.
