My family is from the "Archibald's" of the Truro, Col. Co. area of Nova Scotia. We are descendants of John Archibald, born 1693 in Londonderry Ireland. He and his family came to the New England area of the United States about 1723 and from there some of his sons and daughters migrated to Nova Scotia settling in the Truro and Bible Hill areas.

I am also searching for information on the surname of "Biswanger". This was my mother's maiden name and I am having great difficulty compiling information on her. If you could help me with any information, I would be forever in your debt
