I am interested in the family of Arkinstalls. I am one of three daughters, no brothers..father has no living relatives he knows about, although there may be cousins in South Africa, as his much older brother emigrated there in the 1920's. Frankly, I have not been interested in researching my name until recently..perhaps because our line is dying out!Now I wish to piece together a family tree and would appreciate help from others with the same name. Also there is something nice about having an obscure name, but also very interesting to reckon on how many and how scattered the families are.
My father started a family tree, but did not get very far with it, and he is not on the internet, so I guess I want to carry on the mantle and find out more..especially about his half brother, and his relatives.
