It is a joy for me to research my family tree. I began doing this in 1993. My Dad, Alex Voils born 9/21/1900, was the VOILS family genealogist passing along family history orally. My sister Lena and I began to write it all down. There were eight of of children and my sisters and brothers have helped me tremendously with remembering the family stories Dad told us. I now have the VOILS family researched back to John B. 1634 and also have researched many of the Grandmother lines. My Mother was from the MARTIN family and I have it completely documented back to France. John Martin came here in 1695. The Martin's were French Hugenots.
