I have been working on our family tree for the last 4 years. I use the software Family Tree Maker Version 7 as my database. I have all our family members from my grandfather to the youngest, which is my granddaughter.
We have had one family reunion three years ago and will be having a second one this summer.
My grandfather came to Canada On the S.S. Palatia , landing in Halifax on May 13, 1898. His brother Stephen came to Canada on the same ship.
He was born in Volkivci, distr. of Borshchiv, Galicia, Ukraine. on November 21 1863. His father was Ivan Atamanchuk and mother was Anne Harychuk.
