My name is Linda Ahrens-Auimatagi. I have decided to try and located my father's family. I don't know if any are out there or not but here goes. My father was born Alfred George Ahrens in Saginaw, Michigan on 9-8-23. He already had a sister named Esther that might have been 3 or 4 years older then him. His mothers maiden name was Brysrlein. I think she was from Saginaw and his father was from Germany. I am still in the process of getting his parents first names. My grandmother died, I believe in 1926 or 1927 in a train wreck. What my father told me was that his father had left him and his sister to an Uncle and Aunt and then he just vanished. I will update when I get the information.
