We are the Lindauer's... Mike, Belle and the family. We don't have many left up here but we have a knowledge of where we started here in the U.S. Carl Alvin Lindauer came over with his family in the mid- 1800's. Some members of his family moved up this way. Arthur Lindauer and his Wife , Ernie Mae Lantz Lindauer are buried here in this area. So are their daughters Florence and Nell. There are other Lindauers in this area but we are still trying to find family from the Ohio area. Especially the Wellston area.My father-in-law was the last male link to his family other then my husband, Mike, his Brother Mark, and my son George. We also have 3 daughters. Mark has two sons but both carry their mothers last name. He also has two daughters. We are running low on Lindauers around this part of the world.
