I'm starting my family search for the first time! I know very little about my father's side, would love to know if there are any relatives of his siblings out there and if they know anything about our grandparents. Their names are James Walter Yarbro and Lucy Jane (Archer) Yarbro, and I understand they both died at or around the same time, leaving their five children orphans around 1912-1913. My dad's name was George Hubbard Yarbro (Hub)of Stamford, TX. His brother was Archer Russell Yarbro (Arch), who served in the Navy in New Caledonia in 1943. His sisters were Ethel Yarbro (never married, she was the telephone operator for years in Stamford), Mae Yarbro (I believe she married), and LaVern Yarbro (married to Lydge Pruitt and had 13 children). There were two other siblings who died young: Carter Yarbro died at 9 yrs. old of typhoid fever, and Stella Gertrude Yarbro, who died at 9 months old.
