About Our Family Research

I am trying do research on several branches of our families. The brances will include Bacon, Owen, Isler, Boyett, Martin, Polk, and Lamb. There may be others. My mother will soon be 90 years old and I would love to complete the Boyett and Polk side of the family for her to see. She seems to have a better memory of my father's side, the Martin's than she does of the Boyett. Another member of her family has done all the research on the Hammond, her mother's family. I would love to hear from any one who has information on either family.

The Martin's came to Texas from Alabama and some are buried at Hortense, Polk Co., TX.

I cannot find anything on the Isler family. Suzanna Isler was Guy's maternal grandmother and was buried in Kountze, Hardin Co., TX and that's about all we know of her.
