In the Spring of 2005 my wife and I were intrigued enough by the National Geographic "Genographic" project to join it. Our basic DNA heritage was interesting enough to set me searching for a Genealogy Chart my uncle Roger Bacon had sent me twenty years ago. But it had disappeared.

Rather than giving up on it, this spurred me to investigate my family tree, myself.

With the assistance of my parents, Irene and Gene, my in-laws and several online Genealogy search engines.

As with most things online, this is "A Work in Progress."
