It all began when I lost my grandfather in 1997 is when the wheels started spinning for me. A new chapter in my life started when I married a good man by the of Derick K. Baclaan in 2000. Life started to mean more than just my immediate family. It started off really slow and finally I could not just think about it something needed to be done. I began my search in August of 2002 with just a little information then questions started popping up in my mind that the internet could not solve. So, my father gave me some answers of what he knew and also showed me where on the islands our family lived. He also took me up to Kalihi Valley where most of my family lived back in the day and a old grave site that some of our family members are buried. I came upon a dead end until my aunt passed away which was the last of our Robello Clan.
