My primary research is for these family surnames:
Cutright,Sheneman/Shineman, Zimmers, McGinnis, Gray,
Conner, Craig/Crage, Slover, McAdams, Noble, Baff, Baker,
Schermerhorn, and Worthy.
The research has been pursued in libraries and/or state archives in PA, WV, KY, OH, IN, MO, NC, TN, GA, VA as well as on the internet.
I try to document/prove my findings.
I have a few "brick walls" that I'd appreciate help in solving.
My Cutright line starts with John Cutright (1747) son Henry whose son John N. Cutright married four times and I need more information on the second one to Mary Laura Grey/Gray Cutright married 1844 in Chillicothe, Ohio.
Henry Zimmers of Greene County, Pennsylvania, was born in 1813 in PA when his parents came to the USA. However I have not located immigration - emigration - immigration records.
Austin F. Slover's second wife (Scotland)and his mother (Ohio) each had the maiden name of McAdams, however I've not found kinship. His father Henry Slover (OH, IN, IL) was born in New Jersey and reportedly on back to the Lucas Schermerhorn line.
Absolom ( Abraham) Worthy whose mother was Dicy/Dica
born 1799 in Franklin, Co., GA. His wife of TN was Sarah Margaret Adeline Crage/Craig Worthy.
