Nov. 10, 1897 in Garrad Co, named after a French Dr. Joseph Pinquard; Charles William B. Dec 1899;Henry Jackson; Phillip Godby (Red) b. Feb 26, 1902 named after a Methodist Preacher; Lloyd Steven; Alexander Lee.
Phillip Smith Terrill had three sisters Paralee; Sudie; & Edie; He also had 8 or 9 brothers, Pat, Tobias and rest unknown. James Pinquard Terrill is my father.
