Frank Thomas Baker (son of James Frank Baker and Minnie Jane Johnson) was born 24 Mar 1914 in Madison CO, AR, and died 20 Aug 2007 in Springdale, AR (Friendship Cemetery). He married Mary Lenah Davis.

Frank T. Baker, lost some fingers on his right hand in saw-mill accident, and was unable
to be drafted in WWII. He was working in Kansas, Oklahoma when this happened. His boss, Vessie
Kaylor then gave him a flatbed truck, and Frank used it to haul people from Arkansas to Washington
State in the fall to work the apple harvest there, and then he would haul them back to Arkansas.
His nickhame was "Benny".

He married Mary Davis of St Paul, and they now (2007) live in Springdale, AR.

He owned a gas station-country store near Mulberry, AR with his brother Bill, after WWII. They later sold their business, and worked in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Kentucky hauling lumber on
large flatbed trucks that they owned, and succeeded in making enough to move back to Arkansas around 1951, where he and his wife Mary Davis bought a farm near Elm Springs, AR.

Later he sold the farm, and moved to Springdale, AR where he was a car salesman for awhile, before he went to work for the Arkansas Highway Department.

Frank and Mary Baker were members of the Pleasant Street Church of Christ for many years, and had
many friends there.
