Arma, Nov. 10.--Thomas Bell, 78, died this morning at his home in Arma following a long illness. He had lived
in Crawford County for nineteen years.

Mr. Bell was born in England, July 17, 1859, coming to the United States 71 years ago. He had lived in Arma for five months.Memberships were held in the Church of England and the U. M. W. of A.

Among the survivors are the widow, Mrs. Jane Bell; a daughter, Mrs. May Kynion of Franklin; three sons, George Bell
of Arma, Joseph Bell of Chicago and Thomas Bell of Chicago; two sisters, Mrs. Jane Doty of Minden and Mrs. Margaret
Gillard of Los Angeles; sixteen grandchildren and one great grand-child.

Born in England, Had Lived 19 Years in Crawford County

Thomas Bell, 78, died at 12:15 o'clock Wednesday, Nov. 10, here after a lingering illness.

Mr. Bell was born in England, July 17, 1859. He came to the United States 71 years ago and had made his home in
Crawford County the past 19 years. He had lived in Arma five months. Memberships were held in the Church of England
and the U.M.W. of A.

Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Jane bell; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Kynion of Franklin; three sons, George Bell of Arma
and Joseph and Thomas Bell Jr. of Chicago; 16 grandchildren; one great grandchild, and two sisters, Mrs. Jane Defty
of Minden and Mrs. Margaret Gillard of Los Angeles.

Last services were conducted at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the home here. Rev. Leonidas Smith of Pittsburg
officiated. Interment was in Mt. Olive cemetery, Pittsburg.

Bell Funeral Sunday.

Arma, Nov. 12--Funeral services for Thomas Bell have been set for 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the home here with Rev.
Leonidas Smith of St. Peter's Episcopal church of Pittsburg in charge. Interment will be in Mt. Olive cemetery at Pittsburg.
The body is at the home, where Mr., Bell died yesterday afternoon.
