Frontenac--Bob Kynion, 63, of 510 W. Leighton, Frontenac, died at 5:38 a.m. Monday, March 4, 1991 at Mercy
Hospital in Fort Scott.

Mr. Kynion was born Jan. 22, 1928 in Edison to Sam and Mary Bell Kynion. Mr. Kynion grew up in Franklin and
attended Franklin Grade School and later graduated from the Arma High School in 1945.

He moved to Michigan in 1945 and went to work for Chrysler Corp. for 32 years until he retired in November 1979.
While in Michigan he attended Wayne State university in Detroit and graduated with a degree in business
administration in 1964. He moved back to Frontenac in 1979 where he was serving as city councilman and
on the Crawford County Zoning Board at the time of his death.

He married Mildred Pollock on Oct. 5, 1946 in Detroit.

He was a life member of the Eureka Masonic Lodge in Warren, Mich., and he attended the Victory Life Center in
Pittsburg.

Survivors include his wife, Mildred of the home; one sister, Wilma Gariglietti of Pittsburg; and one brother, Jack
Kynion of Parsons. He was preceded in death by one sister, Mildred Carter, and one brother, Sam Kynion.

Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at the Bedene Funeral Home in Arma with the Rev. Don Talent of the Victory Life
Center officiating. Burial will be in the Pittsburg Garden of Memories. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m.
Wednesday at the Bedene Chapel. Masonic services will be 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel by the Pittsburg
Masonic Lodge. Friends may call after noon Wednesday at the Bedene Chapel.
