Hello, I am a descendant of Albert Beyless, "visiter from America" on the 1881 census. I am no further back than his father who could be John or Joseph.
In 1881 Albert had a brother Joseph.
The both "came" to Nottingham England UK and Albert married twice in Nottingham and moved to Leicester where his eldest son married Harriet Withers.
The WITHERS tree, with the help of (up to now) 6 other 4th cousins in USA and UK and Australia have gone back to 17/18th century. Picking up names Pyle/New/Burgess.
June and I lost our daughter, Pamela, to vCJD in 1998 and I have created a Family Web Site in memory of Pamela.
