I have been researching this family for about three years and have not been able to get any definite idea of who Cassius'grandparents were on his father's side. Cassius married Lenna L.Daugherty in Phelps Co.Missouri and then enlisted in the US Navy and did two different tours of duty. He was stationed in California.They were living back in Ionia Co. Michigan by 1900.Recently, I found Lenna's parents and that she had a brother, John, living in Montana when she died in 1945.Would appreciate any help on continuing these family lines.
