About Our Family Research


This is the research done by Linda Marie McClain Botchlett, with the help OF MANY OTHERS. It is the family of Andrew McClain and Anna Nancy Rees who came to Allen County, Ohio in the early 1800's. It is believed that Andrew was the son of Thomas McClain, and possible the grandson of Robert McClain, although this research has been difficult. Any input into this family research is greatly appreciated.
