The Botts of Lancashire & Yorkshire have been researched to the late 18th century - but have come to a standstill. The direct male line continues with a John Walker - hawker of no fixed abode!
The Bott line continues with Elizabeth Bott who is descended from the Staffordshire Botts.
The Manleys (aka McEwen) have been traced to the mid-19th century in Manchester, with another line, REID being traced to Dublin, Ireland.
