Researching my birth mother Cecilia Agnes Thomas I was christened Anthony Thomas )1947 and and supposedly born in about 1930. She gave birth to me at Ingleside Clinic in Johannesburg and was staying at the Salvation Army home for women in Johannesburg. The address of 3 Butler Lane Port Elizabeth also features in the jig-saw puzzle.

I have now found my family and although my my birthmother has passed away in 1997, I have 4 wonderful sisters and a great brother who I have recently met up with. It really helps an adopted person to know something about where they came from. This now starts a new era of research !!
