HARRIS, HAPPOLD, STEWART, SCOTT, AHERN, ALLEN, FARABEE, BOYETTE are there any others?
I have been researching both of my parents ancestors as well as those of my two husbands. So far I have the following information:
My father is George Wesley Harris, dob March 13, 1919, Waycross, Georgia. His parents were John Wesley Harris of Florida and Georgia, and, Susan "Susie" Elizabeth Stewart, dob July 4,1901, Ware, GA.
John Wesley Harris parents were Hampton Harris and Lavinia West. Hampton was the tenth child of Thompson Harris and Nancy Ursery.
Susie parents , Susan Elizabeth Scott, dob September 3, 1857, and Leighton Erastus Stewart,dob February 17, 1858, Ware, GA, married about 1883, Georgia.
Susie married John Wesley Harris in Waycross, Georgia, abt 1918. They later divorced, my father was their only child. John died in the Jacksonville, FL area December 16, 1937. He was buried in Mt Pleasant Cemetery in Waycross, Ware County, Georgia.
My mother is Ethel Ahern Happold,dob December 24, 1919, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, married November 26, 1942. Her Parents were Camilla E Ahern dob 624, 1892, married Theodore Happold, dob December 26 or 27, 1892.
They had eleven children:

Harriet M. dob Nov. 28, 1936 m Howard Bradway, 1 child
Warren W. dob, May 1, 1938 m Sandra, dob January, 1938 1 child
My parents, George and Ethel Harris had three children:

2. Jessica Lynn Vaughn, dob September 18, 1987.
3. Jamie Lee White, dob Dec. 29, 1990 d Feb, 1991
Divorced James Farabee July 1976
m 2. Robert Kenneth Boyette,dob July 30, 1943,
m. Oct.30, 1976.
There were no childeren of this union.
Kenneth had one son
Robert Walter Boyette, dob September 15, 1968.
I have hit a brick wall with the Happold ancestors. I believe Theodore Happolds father was Goetlieb Happold or Hauboldt. He was said to have immigrated to Philadelphia from Germany. He married a Mrs. Brown. She had a son, Joseph Brown from her previous marriage. They had two sons, Albert and Theodore Happold.
I am prepairing to send questionairres to all known family members and those who might know about the family, in order to gain more information. I am compiling my family tree with Family Tree Maker and hope to soon ad it to that sight. I am also planning a trip to our local LDS Family Center with info I have obtained. I hope to find more on the Harris ancestors, and to find the name and all info on the Happold ancestors.
