My research is based on my mother's family. Her father Lewis was born and brought up at Easington and her mother Isabella Lambert was born in Hull. I have so far located and got records of Lewis and Isabella's parents (John Bird and Ellen Bird nee Douglass and Thomas Lambert and Maria Crosby Lambert nee Procter) and some information of their grandparents(Edward Bird and Elizabeth Bird nee Angel and Thomas and Sophia Procter nee Crosby) but as they were born pre 1934 have struck some problems with all their details.
