Been trying for 2 yrs to research my Irish roots. My great grandfather Henry Boyce arrived on the ship Furnessia form Ulster, Londonderry ireland in 1902 via Ellis island. Believe he met up with older brother Wm Boyce in New York. My Grt grt grandparents Allan and Mary Boyce remained in Londonderry,Moneymore Ireland believe they were born arond 1820's or 30's My Grt grdfather was born 4/6/1843. Do not know if Irish relatives are still in Ireland. Hit a brick wall. Family stories say: There was an argument sometime after Grt Grdpop arrived from Ireland with brother and never spoke to each other again. Family belonged to The House of Orange in Ireland.Grt Grdpop was a bondsman before emigrating to USA.
