This is an on going project to re-create the history of the descendents of Lee Boyette (b.1867) the son of Charlotte Eatman (b.1840) and presumed father Samuel M. Boyette. Currently, this history begins with Charlotte's mother Mariah Martin (b.est. 1820)in Union County AR. The compilers are Garland Boyette, Jr. and Tonna C. Boyette, second cousins.

Any further information would be appreciated. We belive that Samuel Boyette died in the 1870's. He served in the 12th LA Infantry of the Army the Confederate States of America (CSA) on August 13, 1861 at Camp Moore, LA, where he served as regimental teamster.

We know the family line goes back to AL and GA. Any further information on this line would be appreciated.
