My mom's maiden name is Childs and my dad is a Boykin. I am trying to trace both sides to find other family members that i have never met, and create a family tree to pass on to my only daughter who is now 14. I would apreciate any info that all can provide.

So far i have found out that my great great grandmother and farther lived in GA. Their names are Petter and Lucinda Butler. They had a few children Mariam, Kizzie and i think one more. Marim maried moved to Pittsburgh and maried my grand father Edward childs. They had I think 3 or 4 children Rose,Mildred,Edward maybe 1 more.

I am looking for any one with information regarding peter and or Lucinda Butler (ie.parents names birth/dates of death where they are from)
