Aunt Noni remembers being with Aunties when Lyle was born and she think that was at their big house in Winnipeg and she think they were hoards. They came down from top end of Lake Winnipeg by boat.

Aunt Betty was with them at the house when Elwin was born and the Colvins lived nearby at the time. She forgets the name of the schoolhouse Elmer taught at.

Lost homes and outbuildings 2 or three times during huricanes and Tornados so they up and moved to South Dakota. Some of the kids might have been born there. Mary-Frances was still in the convent at St. Josephs. Grandpa and Grandma Colvin moved up to Ontario because they heard there was money to make in logging. Mary Frances had her degree in Music and HOme economics when she came up to see her parents. That is when she met Elmer. The family ended up going back to South Dakota at some point.
