Ann Ade Willard was born in the Village of St. Williams County of Norfolk and Province of Ontario on the 2nd day of September 1859 and Wm H.R.G. Bristow and Ann Ade Willard were married in the Methodist Church St. Williams Norfolk Co. Ont. by the Rev. James Whiting on the 5th day of September 1877

Bristow, father, Passed away at 730 p.m. April 3rd, 1913 Cause of death: Fourth paralytic stroke – (arebral apoplexy). – first stroke shortly before May 24th 1908. ----Age at death 59 yrs. 9 mos 6 days Funeral service, Rev. H.T. Ferguson B.A., B.D., officiating, was held at the family home 122 Victoria Road Walkerville, at 130 pm Sabbath April 6th. – Walkerville Lodge I.O.O.F. with Windsor Encampment I.O.O.F. in charge. Funeral (electric) car left Windsor at 230 pm. Interment beside mother in family lot at Leamington. Leamington and Ruthven Lodges I.O.O.F. attended the funeral in a large body.
