I really am just starting my search, because my parents don't have or haven't given very much information about our heritage. I was born Sept 5th, 1957 in Durham, NC (USA)to Joseph Thomas Briggs and Evelyn Faye Rigsbee, both of Durham, NC (USA) My Fathers Father is also Joesph Briggs of Durham. My Fathers mother's maiden name is Hicks. My Mother's mother maiden name is Long. This is really all I know at this time.... Want to know more!!!
