Descendants of John Joseph Brislin and Charles C. Ramsey. The Brislins in this family are descendants of John Joseph Brislin III who was born in Norristown, Montgomery County, PA June 10, 1863 and married Mary Elizabeth Elkins in SC about 1890. Charles C. Ramsey was born in 1831 somewhere in NC and had moved to Clay Co., KY before the 1850 census. He married Martha E. Price in May of 1855 and they had four children: Millard, Mollie, Robert and Leona; but he had a son, James (my grandfather born Feb. 24, 1854), by Elizabeth Lipps who married Anderson Lusford (Lunceford, Lunsford ?) in 1856. Charles C. Ramsey died in Clay Co., KY about 1863. Any further information would be appreciated.
