I am Sandra Brahm (Britton), the Family Historian / Genealogist. My Britton roots run deep and are well researched by A cousin Mr. Bill Newcomer,( mrbill@iserv.net). So I have tried to go into some of the unknown areas of my family.
Like My paternal Grandmother's Parents. The only hints I have are My Great Grandfather was a water wagon driver in Windsor, Ontario Canada,(have photo) and his name was Alex or Alexander Forbes. I know nothing about my Great Grandmother, and I know My Grandmother Clarissa A. FORBES Britton, Stites born December 10, 1892, had a brother named Will Forbes. She married my Grandfather Ora Nellice BRITTON in February 1917. I know they made several trips back and forth between Windsor and Hillsdale County.
My mother’s family is even worse. She was the 2nd Child of Charles S. Rose and Ethel Olive (Stevenson). I have no Information about either one of there parents. So I have hit some Big Brick Walls. If anyone can be of assistance it would be greatly appreciated.
My Husband Is William Brahm-(Pfahler) and His German Root are well documented. His Family is primarily from the Milwaukee Wisconsin Area.
