Notes for Henry Edward Fitzpatrick: At the time of Aunt Mary's birth Grandpa Fitz was Asst. County Auditor of Brown Co. The family did not move to Lorain until April 1919, although Grandpa Fitz had been there a while before. Grandpa Fitz had gone there to do WWI work. GGranfather Evans travelled with his daughter and granddaughters to Lorain to join Grandpa Fitz, before the birth of Uncle John. The spring of 1919 was very cold, so cold they slept in overcoats. GGrandpa Evans was known for taking long walks and met Mr. Kirk. Through this contact contracted to build roads in the reservation in Lorain. When that was done the engineering company transferred him to Toledo.
