Most of my relatves, frm North Carolina are completely unkown, to me. My Grandfather, Elijah Bryant, left North Carolina, when he was in his early twenties. From what I know, he never went back to Northn Carolina, once he left. All of his children were born & raised in Ne York City. I mainly want to find out if there is anyway to trace my lineage, back to atleast the Revlolutionary era. I also want to know, weather or not I have any European ancestry,i my family.The that I am able to go back personally, is my Great-Grandfather. He name was Charlie Bryant, a native of North Carolina. Based upon the state where he was from, it is very like that either his Parents, or his Grandparents, were born into Slavery. I want some answers, as to the extent of my heritage!!!
